What feedback do you receive from the lactate threshold test?

The data collected during your test is converted into a simple, practical training programme for you to follow. The programme will outline different running and / or cycle sessions that you should complete each week in appropriate training zones in order to improve your lactate threshold and thus running and / or cycling performance. It is recommended that the lactate threshold test is repeated every 3-4 months and your training programme updated accordingly to ensure continuous improvements.
