This is a monthly programme for anyone who is just starting running or those who want to run anything from 5k to marathon distance.

5k to Marathon Training Group
Optimal running performance is influenced by a number of factors including nutrition, physical training, body composition, race tactics, technical aspects such as running mechanics, and much more.
Whether you are aiming to improve performance, or even take up running for the first time, you must address all of the key factors that influence
