Sport and Health Workshops

True Fitness deliver a wide range of workshops in the areas of sporting performance and health. Examples of these workshops include healthy living, sports nutrition, training for performance, and periodization of the training year. These workshops are designed specifically for the needs of the club or organisation. The key points of the workshop and practical application of same are made available to all participants so that they can use the information in their training and every day lives.

 

Health & Performance Workshops

Where are the workshops held and how long are they?

True Fitness hold these workshops on site in our functional training studios in Portarlington and Portlaoise, and also travel to the clients location. 

 

Service fee?

The workshops can last from one hour, to half day to full day depending on the requirements of the group or organisation. Please contact us if you would like further information. We can discuss the best option for your needs and give you the service fee at that time.  

Practical Workshops

True Fitness also deliver a range of practical workshops for coaches and athletes. These include sport specific fitness testing, interpretation of fitness testing and training programme design, functional training, flexibility training, endurance training, speed, strength and power training. Each of these practical workshops are sport or event specific. The key points of the workshop and practical application of same are made available to all participants so that they can use the information in their training and every day lives.
