TRX are 60 min studio based sessions and are suitable for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. We use a combination of TRX Suspension Training & Body Resistance Exercises. These are small group sessions and are ideal for getting started or making that move to the next level.

Ultimate Intervals are studio based sessions and are suitable for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. This is a tough workout which will push you to your limits but give you amazing results. We use a combination of body resistance exercises and work at a high intensity for a short durations. This is a 45 minute workout which will wipe you out and keep you coming back for more.
Ultimate Flexibility is a 45min session are based around full body functional movement designed to increase flexibility, mobility and strength. This is a session like no other and it is completely non impact. Ultimate Flexibility will improve posture, reduce back pain, reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.
